The limited precautionary boil water advisory has been rescinded. This included customers in the following areas: Hammond Area: US Hwy 51 (Veterans Ave) from 2595 Veterans Avenue (Ponchatoula Creek) north to Paul Vega MD Drive on the west side of the highway including Halbert Lane and Deblin Square on the east side; Strader Road along with any streets off it; Belle Drive; and Helena Drive. The Louisiana Department of Health lab has tested the water and is safe for consumption.
