Attention Eastern Heights Water Works Association customers:

It was brought to our attention late yesterday afternoon that your most recent bill instructs you to come to our office to complete an application for new service. While we are eager to serve your water needs, this announcement was not authorized. The Parish Government did accept the donation of the Eastern Heights Water Works system at a public meeting on January 22, 2024; however, final legal documents have not been signed. Therefore, currently, we are not allowed to accept any applications or payments. We have information ready to send to all Eastern Heights customers as soon as the final documents are signed. We will also announce on our website and Facebook page at that time. We understand this is a frustrating situation for you. Unfortunately, until final documents are signed, this situation is out of our control. We do ask that you remain patient as we work together during this transition.
