New Service Request

Welcome to the Tangipahoa Water District Community.  Please print out the Service Application and Agreement listed below to apply for service. Then bring the completed application along with your driver’s license and physical copy of your lease agreement or ownership documents by our office in Hammond at 46463 N Morrison Blvd. Our Kentwood Office is currently closed.  We look forward to serving your water needs.

ATTN: Current Eastern Heights Waterworks Customers

While we look forward to serving your water needs, we are currently NOT accepting applications for your services. Once the acquisition is complete, we will notify you when we begin accepting your applications. In the meantime, please gather your ownership documents or lease agreements for the service locations to ensure you have all required items when we begin our process of accepting applications. For new services, we do require the completed signed application, ownership documents or lease agreements, and a copy of your driver’s license. If you have any questions or concerns about our water quality, the CCR reports are located under Forms & Reports.
