3/7/25 - Rescinded - Limited Precautionary Boil Advisory has been rescinded

The limited precautionary boil water advisory has been rescinded. This included all customers in area of General Ott Road in Hammond between Happywoods and Hinson.  Roads included in this grid were Oaklawn Drive, Ott Lane, Robinwood Drive Subdivision and only part of Jefferson Court Subdivision (Jasmine Drive, Clover Leaf Drive, Sweet Olive Lane and September Rain Drive). The Louisiana Department of Health lab has tested the water and is safe for consumption.

2/20/25 - Boil Water Advisory - Eastern Heights

Eastern Heights System Precautionary Boil Water Advisory due to High Demand on the Entire System because of Winter Weather Conditions.  The areas affected are of the South end of the Eastern Heights System. From Sweetwater Road to Hwy 1062 along Hwy 40, School Road, Straughn Nursery Road, and any roads/streets that run off these roads.

2/12/25 - Areas of potential decreased water pressure

The area around Ponchatoula Recreation Park, which includes south of I-12 beginning at Hoover Road east to the Tangipahoa River may begin to experience lower than normal water pressure due to a failed pump. The repair is in progress, and we hope to be completed by Friday, February 14th. Currently, there is no boil water advisory. Should one be issued, we will send a separate notification.
